Oh, to be an Irish dancer and be able to attend this very special summer camp in the beautiful Provence region of Southern France from 13th-20th August! Instructors include some of the world's very best, leads from Lord of the Dance and Riverdance, such as Sarah Clark, Joanne Doyle, Breandan de Gallai and Stephen Scariff.
The location of the camp is at Salons Sainte Victoire, located next to Aix-en-Provence, in the village of Trets, at the foot of the Sainte Victoire mountain which was made famous through the paintings of Paul Cézanne.

Irish dancers and those who are fans of the dance will love Brenna Briggs' book Liffey Rivers and the Mystery of the Sparkling Solo Dress Crown! Non-dancers immersed in the world of Irish dance shows, as are so many of us here in the Celtic Cafe community, will appreciate not only the glimpse into the world of feiseanna through the
eyes of the thirteen-year-old heroine, but the glossary at the end of this thoroughly enjoyable little mystery novel. Although written to appeal mostly to 9- to 13-year-old girls, adults reading the book can enjoy the obvious satirical elements throughout the story.
Learn more about Liffey Rivers at the official website: LiffeyRivers.com or at Amazon.

Cora and Breda Smyth, sisters from County Mayo who have won over 40 All-Ireland titles, are long-time favorites of the Celtic Cafe for their years of touring with Lord of the Dance and Feet of Flames. Cora and Breda recently collaborated on an exciting self-titled album of the music they've loved and shared together and a successful tour of Ireland and Germany.
Cora is now back on tour with Celtic Tiger, and she and Breda are looking forward to touring together again later in the year!

Besides having a wonderful new CD "Celt," Michael Londra has been keeping very busy since his time as lead singer in Riverdance on Broadway and the Music Director of RadioCelt! Hear samples of the tunes at Amazon. Starting May 1, CELT will be featured on the listening station in 275 Borders Stores nationwide! Michael writes on his site that they are excited that Borders believes so strongly in the CELT project, as it is rare that an independent artist gets such an endorsement by this major chain.
More exciting news coming in a few weeks about the release of CELT throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. Michael is currently in Ireland planning for an extensive European tour. Dates in Australia will be announced soon, and upcoming dates in the U.S. include the Corn Palace Festival on August 24, 2006 with Irish dancers, LeAnn Rimes and Trace Adkins.
